MATT WAY - VICAR
Matt has been an ordinand, and curate at Hope, and is currently serving as the priest in charge. Matt is married to Esther, and together they have three young children. Before he joined us, Matt and Esther ran a wedding photography business, which Esther has continued. When not vicaring, Matt enjoys roaming the streets on his electric skateboard.

MARY ROBERTS - COMMUNITY OUTREACH MANAGER
Mary came to faith at Hope Church in 2008 and has been a committed member ever since, joining the staff team in June 2018. Passionate about outreach, Mary has been a keen volunteer in many areas of ministry, and (abnormally?!) loves the opportunity to build a spreadsheet! If Mary isn’t at Church, you will probably find her on the side of a football pitch cheering on her teenage son Tristan (or Arsenal!).

CHLOE SELBY - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Chloe joined the staff team as Operations Manager in October 2021, and has been part of the congregation at Hope since 2016. She owns rollerskates that she doesn’t use enough, is an evangelist on behalf of her folding bike, and is more likely to be found reading or watching a film than the previous examples of physical activity may at first imply. She is currently figuring out ways to weave in any of these interests into the day-to-day running of Hope Church, so watch out for the upcoming roller-book-film-review-cycling club.

FRAN BOOTH - CHILDREN AND FAMILIES WORKER
After spending six years as a primary school teacher, Fran joined the team in 2020. Fran is married to Josh and together they have three... spritely children. Away from work and parenting, Fran has a mild addiction to crime dramas, as well as a passion for dance with Ballet being her personal favourite.

Jo joined the team in 2021 to help us organise the busy lives and the maintenance of our church buildings and other properties. When she’s not tending to our buildings Jo has her hands full with two teenagers and twins(!); so don’t be surprised if you find her taking some well deserved time out by the beach with the family’s chocolate Labrador.

Alistair is the longest-serving member of our staff team - he came to the UK from Azerbaijan and has been making sure our buildings are clean and well-presented ever since. Alistair loves history and swimming in the sea.
