Between Ascension Day and Pentecost, St David's Church will be home to a Labyrinth.
Based on a 12th century ritual, this maze-like installation takes you on a symbolic and spiritual journey, with different 'stations' designed to help you think about different aspects of your faith.
The path has three stages - the 'inward' journey, the centre and the 'outward' journey. The theme of the 'inward' journey is letting go of things which hinder our approach to God. The centre of the Labyrinth is a space of meditative prayer and peace. The theme of the 'outward' journey is relationship - with ourselves, with others and with the planet - seen in the light of our relationship with God.
To access the Labyrinth, please book a slot for yourself or a group by emailing the office.
